Gemeinde Fresach

Fresach is a municipality in the district of Villach-Land in Carinthia. Fresach is a climatic health resort. The municipality lies entirely in the Nockberge mountains between the lower Drautal and Gegendtal valleys.

Culture and sights

New building for the Protestant Diocesan Museum, was built in 2011 for the Carinthian Provincial Exhibition 2011 and received a provincial building award
Tolerance prayer house (built in 1784) and rectory (end of 17th century) belong to the museum
Protestant church (1949-1951) with sculptures by Hans Domenig (sculptor)
